As tensions run high with this case so with respect to everyone’s feelings I say this again because I don’t want anyone think I'm taking sides. But Jason “Blu” Griffith was convicted of second-degree murder for choking to death “Fantasy” dancer Debbie Flores Narvaez on Dec. 12, 2010. He was never charged with Dismemberment because they didn’t have enough evidence to prove that he and no Louis Colombo who testified in his statement to doing it. Once again I believe is the Las Vegas police department did there job both lives would be different and Debbie would still be here continuing her dancing career. I’m not taking the blame off Jason in any way but the job of the police department is to protect and serve and I don’t know in what state 911 can be called 14 times on a person and nothing is done about it or a male can be denied a restraining order on his ex girlfriend and be mocked and denied. Where is the justice? And what kind of District Attorney grants immunity to a potential suspect before hearing the confession. Louis Colombo participated in every aspect despite dating her and he doesn’t ever get a slap on the worst. What is wrong with our justice system? Some people say that he may have had a violent past but you can search public record of NYC where he formally lived and he never had an arrest or a ticket. As Debbie had multiple violent records (all are public record so anyone can obtain them) as to where she was arrested violated restraining orders and her had displayed a pattern of aggressiveness. ONCE AGAIN NONE OF THIS IS ANY EXCUSE TO TAKE ANYONES LIFE. But I believe that those offices should receive some penalty as well.
